Registration is now open for the biennial meeting on 09/22/24 at Centerville High School! Please see below for important information:

• The meeting will start at approximately 8:30am and adjourn by 5:00pm. Please be sure to submit any agenda items that you have in the form below! 

• There will be a $20 per person registration fee to help cover the cost of lunch and other expenses. Payment can be made online (at the end of the form) or at the door (cash only please!)

• This meeting is required for Showcase Judges/Staff to participate in our events.

2024-2026 Term - Board Nominations!

• You may make more than one nomination, and you can nominate yourself! 

• Nominees will receive notification via email/text starting 09/11. This notification allows the nominee to accept or reject the nomination(s). 

 

Additional Information

• As most of you know, Jordan Seubert (Karie's son) who is also one of our tabulators and DCG experts, is currently battling Leukemia. We have an amazing donor who has donated t-shirts with a really cool logo on it to help Jordan see that he isn't fighting alone (image of t-shirt below) All proceeds will be given to the Seubert family to help with Jordan's bills and other expenses that are continuing to add up. 

  • We are asking everyone wear these t-shirts (or the other designed that many of you purchased - thank you!!) for this meeting. The cost to purchase is donation based, but we do request at least $10. This is not required, so please do not feel like you have to participate. If you are interested, please choose your t-shirt size when registering. The t-shirts will be available before the meeting and will be cash only to help avoid the transaction fees from CC, PayPal or Venmo.
