Judges
Brooke Hull
Brooke is the owner and director of JDSD and the founder of Dancing for Life, a breast cancer benefit. She is from Mansfield, Ohio where she began her dance education at the age of three. Since then, she has had intense training in ballet, jazz, lyrical, modern, hip hop and acro. Brooke has won many awards during her dance career and was the first to hold all three titles of Little Miss Dance Ohio, Jr Miss Dance Ohio and Miss Dance Ohio. She holds a degree in early childhood education from The Ohio State University where she was a member of The Ohio State Dance Team and a Delta Gamma. Brooke was a member of the MSL Columbus Crewzers professional dance team and a choreographer for the AFL Columbus Destroyers dance team. As a choreographer, she has won numerous national titles as well as choreography awards. Many of her students have gone on to dance professionally. Brooke has traveled the country teaching dance camps and doing choreography for many studios. She continues her dance education by attending numerous conventions and taking classes from some of the top instructors including Brian Friedman, Travis Wall, Dave Scott and Tyce Diorio. Brooke has also judged for multiple dance competitions and pageants. Brooke enjoys running the studio with her husband Chris Hull and is a proud mother to her daughters, Harper and Chloe. "It has always been a dream to share my passion of dance with dancers of all ages. I believe everyone should be given the opportunity to have their hearts touched by the art of dance."
Carole Taylor
Carole has danced with the Dayton Ballet Company under Josephine Schwartz while in high school; Assistant Director of Centerville Coeds, Showcase Judge under John Graham, Marilyn Rice, and Mindy Farry; Summer Camp Instructor for Fred Miller; Cheerleading Coordinator at Centerville High School. Carole is a graduate of Kent State University and The University of Dayton with a BS in Education and an MA in English. She taught at Centerville High School, Sinclair College, and The University of Dayton and is currently a board member and judge for Showcase America.
Hailey Willis
Hailey is a seasoned dancer and choreographer with over 20 years of experience in a wide range of dance styles, including ballet, jazz, contemporary, pom, lyrical, Musical Theater, and hip-hop. Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Hailey began her dance training at the age of three and quickly developed a passion for movement and performance. Hailey is a former winner of the Showcase of Stars pageant winning each age division through the years 2008-2017.
As an alumni of the Ohio State University Dance Team, Hailey's competitive accomplishments are notable. She led the team as captain in 2022, guiding them to an impressive three national titles at the UDA Collegiate National Championship. During her time with the team, Hailey helped secure seven national titles across various categories, including jazz, pom, and gameday. She has continued to partner with Ohio State since graduating where she has assisted with the teams national routines.
While Hailey graduated with a degree in Human Development and Family Science, she chose to pursue her true passion—dance and choreography. She is now in her sixth year with Tribe 99 as a choreo-connect professional, and continues to travel with their summer tour. With Tribe 99, Hailey choreographs for various national and international high school and collegiate teams, as well as competitive dance studios in a range of styles. During this previous season, Hailey’s teams achieved remarkable success, each placing in the top 10 at UDA High School Nationals and UDA College Nationals with a DTU and NDA National Champion title.
Now residing in California, Hailey is dedicated to advancing her professional dance career. She has trained under industry-leading choreographer Shannon Mather in the Bridge into the Industry program and actively pursues additional training in Los Angeles to expand her skill set and expertise.
Hailey’s passion for dance and choreography is contagious. She is deeply committed to inspiring the next generation of dancers and hopes to continue sharing her love for the art form while elevating her own craft in the professional dance industry.
Isabella Golen
Isabella Golen is an accomplished dancer, instructor, and performer with 19 years of dance experience and six years of teaching. Her diverse training spans contemporary, jazz, kick, musical theater, hip hop, and pom, which she honed at Lake Erie College and through various industry intensives and workshops. Bella is also a member of SOĀR Contemporary, a professional dance company based in Cleveland, Ohio, where she continues to develop her craft and perform with some of the region’s top talents.
As a passionate and skilled instructor, Bella teaches students of all ages, levels, and styles at several studios. Her dedication to fostering creativity, discipline, and self-expression makes her a sought-after educator in the community. She thrives on inspiring her students, guiding them to reach their full potential both in the studio and beyond.

Pam Six
Pam is a dedicated educator and an accomplished dancer with a rich history in both fields. A proud 1996 graduate of the University of Dayton, she lives in Waynesville, Ohio, with her husband Brad and their three children—daughters Abby and Ella, and son Morgan—along with their dogs, Hank and Moose. Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and possesses a teaching certification, a Master’s in Educational Leadership, a curriculum endorsement, and a Principal Licensure. With 27 years of teaching experience, she currently teaches high school English for the Ohio Virtual Academy.
Pam's passion for dance began at the age of 3 and continued through her high school years. She further honed her skills in college, dancing for the University of Dayton and the Dayton Contemporary Dance Company. Her professional dance journey included performing for the Dayton Skyhawks Professional Arena Football Team. Since 1996, she has been sharing her expertise in dance as a judge with Showcase America, where she has also taken on roles as a choreographer and coach for various dance and cheer teams nationwide.
In addition to her judging and coaching responsibilities, Pam has been an active member of the Showcase Board of Directors for several years, currently serving as the Secretary of SCAU and chairing the Scholarship Committee, showcasing her commitment to supporting the growth of young dancers across the country.

Dawn Hostetler
Dawn (Morris) Hostetler began her dance profession at New Tradition’s Dance Company in Mansfield, Ohio where she trained in Jazz, Hip Hop, Pom, and Kick styles while on their competitive dance team. She earned many State & National Championship Titles, served as the team Captain, and performed in a Florida Citrus Bowl halftime show.
Dawn collegiately competed while earning her Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University. She served as a team Member and team Captain of the Nationally Ranked Buckeye Dance Force, and competed at College Nationals with Universal Dance Association on ESPN.
For the past 25 years, Dawn has choreographed for dance teams and solo dancers throughout the United States for various State, Regional, and National Championships. She has also composed pieces for OSU basketball halftime shows, Showcase Camps & Productions, United Spirit Association, San Diego State University Dance Team, Boston University Cheer Squad, Morehead State University Dance Team, and the Florida Citrus Bowl halftime show.
Dawn has a strong background in Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Cheerleading and has studied Ballet and Lyrical. She has attended various workshops and classes in Los Angeles, San Diego, and New York City. She has also attended many DanceLife Teacher Conventions to keep up with the newest dance trends. In addition, Dawn helped build a local dance company in Westerville, Ohio while serving as their co-director for 14 years.
Dawn continues to share her expertise as an adjudicator for various dance competitions, including Showcase America Unlimited and AmeriDance. She is currently serving on the Executive Board as the Secretary for Showcase America Unlimited.
She and her husband, Brandon, love spending time with their daughters – Summer and Star! Dawn has a strong passion for teaching and leading children in dance as well as guiding them through life’s journeys.
Karie Seubert
Karie Seubert has been involved in Showcase America Unlimited for over 40 years. She started her dance journey taking classes in ballet, jazz, and tumbling, and tap. She performed on dance teams competing in the SCAU circuit all throughout her school years while competing at gymnastic events as well.
She graduated from Bowling Green State University with an Early Childhood Education degree and performed on BGSU’s dance team throughout her college years. She dedicated her free time during college to working at a local dance studio and choreographing musicals at multiple high schools in the BG area.
After moving back to her hometown, she coached at her Alma Mater for 10 years. She then retired from coaching to start her family with her husband Mike. She and Mike have 2 boys, Cameron and Jordan.
Halfway through her coaching years, Karie became a Showcase America Judge and has been judging for 25 years. Karie truly believes in the motto “Giving Back” and has been on the Showcase America Unlimited board for 15 years serving as Vice President, Treasurer, Trustee, Ways and Means and most recently as the Nationals Coordinator. You can almost always find her snapping photos for SCAU’s Social Media as well.

Roni Petersen
Roni Petersen graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. Roni is the former Executive Director of Showcase Camps & Productions and past Director of Dance for AmeriDance. She has helped with the productions of the Capital One Bowl and All State Sugar Bowl Halftime performances for several years. She was a founding member of the Columbus Crewzers dance team (Columbus Crew-MLS), she served as captain, choreographer and Assistant Director. She is a former coach of the Columbus Destroyers professional dance team "The Bombshells". She is currently teaching Ballet classes at Judy Dollenmayer Studio of Dance in Gahanna, OH.
